my favorite adhd and autistic resources

KC Davis is an ADHDer who runs a website/podcast called StruggleCare. She's on TikTok as DomesticBlisters. She is very pro self compassion, pro individualized functionality, anti judgment, anti perfectionism. This is a list of resources for improving the function of daily tasks (there's an entire subsection on toothbrushing and adaptive medication reminders!). She also wrote the book "How to Keep House While Drowning", which is all about learning how to take care of our spaces in ways that work for our brains using "gentle" cleaning methods. It's a short sweet read that even has bold sections in a given chapter so you can just skim for those and get the basic takeaway. And you can listen to the Struggle Care episode on coaching, featuring yours truly, here!

Dani Donovan is the author of "The Anti-Planner: How to Get Sh!t Done When You Don't Feel Like It", and various hilarious and beautiful ADHD webcomics. The book is beautiful, high quality, and well worth the money!

Devon Price is an autistic author and researcher who wrote "Unmasking Autism" and has an awesome list of resources for autistic folks on his Linktree. Go check it out!
